Current and historical data are critical to a transit agency’s ability to make informed decisions on the future progress of their agency. A valuable source of this information is the National Transit Database (NTD) which has over 20 years of historic information on Financial, Operational and Assets for nearly all urban transit systems. This database has over six million data elements available for use. Although the data is available, the challenge has always been collecting and analyzing the data.
Technology Solution Providers (TSP) has developed the Executive Information System (EIS)™ — a web-based program that provides transit executives instant access to NTD data in a simple, user friendly way. With EIS, generating reports based on queries of the National Transit Database is simple and intuitive. In addition to providing access to NTD data, the EIS also gives the user the option of integrating with in-house data to increase the power of the information available. Through the use of EIS, management can obtain analysis for their own agency, peer agencies, or any other agencies included in the NTD data. TSP is also developing software modules for individual states which will enable rural or other agencies which do not report to the NTD to submit their data through a web link that can then be used in conjunction with the NTD data for more concise analysis and reporting.

TSP offers the agency an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee. The agency may return the application and all associated materials to TSP for any reason within 30 days of the effective date for a full refund of the total fee. Refunds are not available after 30 days of the effective date.
TSP will provide technical support for the entire time of subscription. All updates to EIS will be provided at no additional charge. Technical support will be provided on the phone, by e-mail or in-person as needed.
